Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We offer standard and express shipping options within Australia.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Australian addresses only.
If you are located outside Australia and would like to purchase a Safia product, please contact us directly to discuss international shipping options.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Safia cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, you may be responsible for additional re-delivery costs.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us — we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Pre-Orders or Delayed Items
If you’ve purchased a pre-order item or an item on backorder, the estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page or communicated via email.
We’ll send your full order once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
Local Pickup
At this stage, Safia does not offer local pickup. If this changes, the option will appear at checkout.
