Return & Refund Policy

At Safia, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your sling or carrier, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging, with all tags, inserts, and accessories included

  • Free from marks, stains, or signs of wear

To start a return, please contact us at info@safiacollective.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit for the full amount of your purchase.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, simply follow the return process above and place a new order for your preferred item once your return is approved.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care in checking every sling and carrier before dispatch. If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
